Yapo is an image transformation application operated by Yapo Team, designed to help users creatively re-style travel photos using AI-powered visual themes.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Yapo.

Yapo is built as a creative processing tool, not a social platform and not an identity-based service.
The app does not attempt to learn who you are.
It focuses on processing what you submit, only for the moment needed to deliver the selected visual effect.
Yapo does not collect, analyze, or store biometric data of any kind.
The app does not perform facial recognition, detect facial landmarks, measure facial geometry, or attempt to identify individuals appearing in uploaded images.
No identity profiles are created from photos.
Uploaded travel photos are processed solely to generate visual design effects, such as thematic styling, color adjustments, lighting atmosphere, and artistic composition.
The AI analyzes visual elements related to aesthetics and scene structure only.
It does not analyze facial identity, personal appearance, or individual characteristics.
Image processing occurs within a secure, temporary processing environment.
Any data required to generate the visual output exists only for the duration of the transformation task.
Once processing is completed, temporary image data is automatically cleared.
Yapo does not retain image or facial data on remote servers.
Your original photos remain on your own device unless you choose otherwise.
You decide whether to keep, delete, or reuse generated images.
When images are deleted by the user, Yapo does not keep copies or backups.
To maintain functionality and stability, Yapo may process limited technical information, such as:
· device type and operating system
· app version and performance signals
· error and crash diagnostics
This information is used only to ensure proper operation and does not include image content.
Depending on your device and settings, Yapo may request access to:
· Photo Library / Media Storage, to allow you to select images
· Camera, if you choose to take photos directly
· Network Connectivity, to process image transformations
· Local Storage, to save generated images
Permissions are requested only when relevant to a feature and can be managed or revoked through system settings.
Yapo does not sell user data.
It does not share uploaded images or generated outputs with third parties for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Infrastructure providers involved in image processing operate under strict instructions and are not permitted to use data independently.
Yapo is intended for users 17 years of age and older.
The app is not designed to collect or manage data from children.
As Yapo evolves, this privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or processing methods.
The version available within the app represents the policy currently in effect.
